MBC’s shareholding was restructured as a joint venture between Pacific Carriers Limited, Malayan Sugar Manufacturing Company Berhad and Global Maritime Ventures Berhad. |
1999 |
PSM Perkapalan Sdn Bhd was formed with its principal activity as a ship-manager. |
2003 |

MBC acquired Pacific Ship-Managers Sdn Bhd, a ship broker and manager of ships. |
